01Which hosting plan should I choose?
Start with your application requirements: operating system, CPU, memory, storage and target region. A VPS suits most small applications; dedicated hardware offers full isolation. Contact us if you would like help choosing.
02Can I choose my server location?
Location availability depends on the product and current stock. OwnCloud options are listed in Germany and the Instant Dedicated range is for the United States. Confirm the exact location before ordering other products.
03Is server management included?
Plan specifications describe infrastructure resources. Software installation, patches, application maintenance and managed support should be agreed separately before ordering.
04How do I place an order?
Select a plan and submit an order enquiry. The team will confirm availability, currency, taxes, licence costs and the final order link. Submitting an enquiry does not take payment or provision a server.
05Is DDoS protection available?
Windows and OpenStack reference plans include protection. For other products, confirm protection, thresholds and mitigation coverage with your quotation.
06Can I upgrade later?
Upgrade options depend on capacity and product type. Share your expected growth with the team so that your starting configuration and migration path can be planned.
